First of all, I'll save you the read. HIRE HIM. I came across David from these very reviews, and it was his positive feedback that led me to contacting him. Im glad I did. David was professional, yet personable. He made you feel like he knew what he was doing, and he was there to help you out. This is not my first home purchase, or home inspection. I was very pleased with the product I received with my last inspection, and it was from a personal friend, however, I will say that hands down, David went above and beyond. I received a 51 page report that had absolutely everything detailed in a very easy to understand manner. I am a handy person, and having owned a home, much like many homeowners, I know what Im looking for in a purchase. There were many little things that I noticed when I first viewed the home that I was curious if he would pick up on or not, or put the effort into finding. I climbed into every nook and cranny the home offered. David picked up on every single one, and then went on to find more that I didn't catch myself. I could go on, but heres what you care about. David's prices were on par or, in many cases, CHEAPER than the competitors in the area. His report was in by lunch the following day, which was even more impressive being that it was 51 pages with pictures to back it up. He was more or less able to schedule me in when I needed him to be there, as opposed to many of the other inspectors in the area I contacted who wanted to schedule several weeks out. His professionalism was on point, and the guy clearly takes his job and reputation seriously. As much as I hated to do it, I sent him the infamous "well.. what did you find" message, before receiving the report, and he was totally cool with it, he gave me the basics, and provided the report the following day. Last but not least, and this is something I really put a great deal of emphasis on.. he was ACCESSIBLE. He responded to e-mails and calls quickly. Listen, you are getting a great product at a more than reasonable price. This is the guy for you.
